3 days Uganda gorilla habituation experience takes you to Bwindi impenetrable national park a home to the endangered mountain gorillas. Besides the mountain gorillas, the national park is a home to other primates, mammals, wildcats and a number of bird species among others. The habituation process within Bwindi impenetrable forest takes 4 hours as you learn more about the gorilla families. This makes the safari more amazing and rewarding.

DETAILED ITINERARY

DAY 1; TRAVEL TO BWINDI IMPENETRABLE NATIONAL PARK

Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi National Park

On the 1st day of your 3 days Uganda gorilla habituation experience, your safari guide will pick you from your area of convenience and brief you about the Uganda Gorilla safari. After the briefing, you will embark on the journey to the national park. While on the journey, you will have a stopover at the equator and have a picture moment. After, you will proceed with the journey and have lunch in Mbarara. After lunch, you will drive to the national park. On arrival, you will check into your lodge and relax from the long journey as you wait for the next day activities.

DAY 2; GORILLA HABITUATION EXPERIENCE

Early in the morning after your morning breakfast, the river will take you at the park’s headquarters for a briefing. After the briefing you will head to the forest accompanied by the researchers as well as the rangers. After locating the gorillas, you will spend with them 4 hours as you interact with them. After the habituation process you will head back to your lodge and relax from the day’s activity.

DAY 3; TRAVEL BACK TO KAMPALA

On the 3rd day of your 3 days Uganda gorilla habituation experience, wake up at your own time, have breakfast and check out of the lodge. After embark on a journey back to Kampala. A lunch stopover at Igongo cultural center and then proceed to Kampala where the driver will drop you at the airport for your flight.
