Tour itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe international airport

On arrival at the Entebbe international airport, you will be welcomed by our company representative who will meet greet, and transfer you to the accommodation that has been booked for your dinner and staying overnight at The Boma Hotel (Luxury)

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls national park

Following breakfast, you will transfer to the Country’s largest national park, via the Kampala- Gulu highway, it is situated in northern Uganda in the Nwoya district, Murchison gets its name from the great waterfall Murchison, the force of the fall is thunderous and magnificent to listen to, this has been identified among the 7 wonders of the world, Enroute we will stop over in Nakasongola for Rhino tracking, proceed for Dinner and staying overnight at Para safari lodge (Luxury)

Day 3:  Game drives and boat cruise along the River Nile

Morning breakfast, after which we will drive to the northern bank for wildlife, this is because most of the animals are concentrated to the north, popular sightings include the Roth childs’ giraffes, elephants, buffaloes, jackals, Jackson hartebeests, warthogs, lions, and of course birds are not to miss while on the animal hunt, we return to the lodge for lunch and an afternoon boat cruise to the bottom of the falls, experience the Victoria Nile for 2-3 hours, along the banks are sights of the Nile crocodiles lying lazily in the sand and hooting Hippos in the water or some grazing at the banks, on a lucky day you might be chanced to see the Shoebill stock. Day 4: Transfer to Kibale forest national park

Kibale forest national park is in the western part of Uganda, it covers the biggest forest cover of the Kabarole district, transferring from Murchison falls national park to the west is a full day drive, our guide will pick you following a morning breakfast and head for the road trip, you pass through the Villages of fort portal and Kagadi district, arriving for a dinner and staying overnight at Primate Lodge (Luxury)

Day 5: Chimpanzee tracking and Bigodi swamp walk

We will have breakfast after transfer to the Kanyanchu visitor center for Chimpanzee tracking, it begins in the morning y 08:00 am east African time, following a briefing you will head into the forest, and en route, the Guide will narrate to you about the forest, other park primates like the black and white colobus monkeys can be seen, the loud charter voice of the Chimps can be heard over the distance before you even meet them, returning to meet your guide for lunch and an afternoon swamp walk in the Bigodi, spotting beautiful butterflies, birds, and primates. Day 6: Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park

On this day we will transfer to Bwindi national park via the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth national park, for tree climbing lions, the animal corridor is the only Ugandan place to find the type of lions, we will arrive in Bwindi in the late afternoon for dinner and relaxation as we prepare for Gorilla trekking enjoy the forest area, chilly as it may be it is mind-blowing. Dinner and overnight at Buhoma Lodge (Luxury)

Day 7: Full-day Gorilla trekking

Gorilla trekking is the Fun highlight of Ugandan primate safaris, you will be amazed by the species upon meeting them, in the early morning, we will transfer to the park headquarters for the day’s event, briefing from the Uganda wildlife authority, gorilla trekking is done for 2 or more hours depending on how far the gorilla families have moved. Enjoy taking pictures of the primates, view them play and roll around for one hour, then return to the lodge for dinner or an optional Batwa Cultural experience.

Day 8: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

Morning breakfast after which we will transfer to Uganda’s deepest Lake bunyonyi, we will arrive for a canoe ride around the islands, stopping by the animal island for views of the animals living here including Zebras, Donkeys, and antelopes, we will return for dinner and staying overnight at The Birds Nest( Luxury)

Day 9:  Transfer to Lake Mburo national park

Following breakfast, we will transfer to Lake Mburo national park, arriving in time for a hot lunch at the lodge, check in and go to the park for an afternoon game drive, expect to see Zebras, elands, topi, Jackson hartebeests, buffaloes, Roth child’s giraffes, warthogs, while you watch the animals you will take note of the sunset. Returning for dinner at Mihingo lodge(Luxury)

Day 10: Departure to Entebbe

We will have breakfast after which we will depart to Entebbe for our departure, a brief stopover at the equator then proceed to Entebbe.
